Urban Anomalies
A full-AI narrative series. Episode one needed two characters an audience can stay with, a story that holds, and a cut that festivals would accept.
It began as a mechanical-rescue premise and was killed halfway: cause and effect in machines and physics is what AI does worst. It became a science mystery about seeing rather than operating. Every anomaly maps to a real event; episode one is the London tower that melted a car and the Las Vegas death ray.
Faces take the polished route; bodies take the documentary route: a real pose board first, then the identity transplanted onto it, so AI never strikes an idol pose on its own. Storyboards, generation and QC each have a gate, and the rules live in code in front of the tools, not in documents. Rules in documents get skipped; code does not.

On an ordinary Taiwanese street corner, things start burning by themselves. No flame, no one nearby, always between 1:50 and 2:10 in the afternoon. An electrics-shop owner and an ER nurse trace it to something the whole street walks past every day.
