Since 2026, AI is part of the workflow. Live action plus AI: filling shots that could not be captured, and seeing the film before the shoot day. Full AI: with no talent and no studio, still reaching a festival-ready standard. The rules are still the rules of filmmaking: screen direction, continuity, the physics of light.
